I am not looking to build a monster. I want something that is reasonably reliable and not something that I don't know the history of. From what i've seen from coming to this site over the years, is that people run into that kind of trouble by not planning thoroughly and flying by the seat of their pants. Plus I have made an art out of playing the waiting game on ebay. When I did my NA swap I did run into a few unforseen things. But from my experience, if one buys a car and has to make repairs they are going to run into stuff while they are taking that apart to. Nobody is ever specific about what they wound up running into. Everyone always tries to convince someone not to do it be cause of the extra money but never what they spent it on to help someone like me get more informed. Dare I say that the atmosphere in here is starting to get like the honda-tech forum where people act as though there their opinions about wether something is worth it applies to everyone instead of just answering somebody's question. One thing I can tell you is that the guys on here who say they are in the middle of a swap will be better of in the end. It is better to take care of the unexpected stuff earlier than later after you already paid 13 grand for a car. Thank you apudapus. The conversion harness sounds like a winner.
